What I've Been Cooking This Week

Pizza on the grill. Last week was way too hot to turn on the oven, so I picked up a bag of dough from the grocery store, and some fresh mozzarella, and stole some basil out of my neighbors' garden. The results have turned out pretty well, though I'm still trying to figure out how to get the cheese more melted without burning the bottom of the crust. Guess I'll have to keep trying - at least I get to eat the tests!
